Bookings and cancellations are like two faces of a coin when we talk about traveling. Having pre-knowledge of both processes is equally important.

I am talking about the importance as I reserved tickets for a flight to Bangkok with my friends last month. And, due to some family emergency, I could not go along and wanted to cancel my ticket. The tickets booked in the first place were non-refundable. Forgetting this fact, I was wishing for a full refund as I was canceling much in time.
